Job Description-Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot building-wide network including, wireless networking. Comfortable in Windows and Linux environments. Responsible for set up, maintenance, and updating user machines (100+). Work directly with teachers and students to troubleshoot issues arising during the day. Assist teachers to plan technology integration into classroom teaching….the list goes on. Bottom line, starts less than $19k. The rational is that there are enough, go it alone people out there that one of them must be looking to bring in benefits. So we hope for the desperate and otherwise committed to fill a vital role in our school because the locally depressed market will likely cough up a candidate. Now why is it that our community cannot move beyond the service industries?
