		<description>I also love the term "pro learners". I have been wrestling with how to move students from rote learners to self directed learners. I enjoyed Vicki's session on 7 Steps to a Flatter classroom and her idea for having students "Play" with the software before they use it. I am going to try that with both teachers and students when introducing something new.
